Free U.S. Shipping: available on orders of $45 or more

We currently ship to Canada.
Canada Standard Shipping: $9.99 USD
Shipping may display in Canadian dollars at checkout depending on your currency settings and exchange rate.
Estimated delivery time for Canada orders is typically 5–8 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times for Canada may vary depending on customs processing and the destination province.
At this time, we are only offering international shipping to Canada.
We may expand to additional countries in the future.
For Canadian orders, duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery timing.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@neurohoney.io. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@neurohoney.io and include your order number.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NeuroHoney is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you file a claim or investigate the issue.
