At NeuroHoney, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are consumable wellness products, we handle returns, refunds, and replacements according to the policy below.
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
We may accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Returns sent back without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, email us within 5 days of delivery at support@neurohoney.io and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
If your claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:
A replacement
Store credit
A full or partial refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Opened or used products
Products with broken seals or signs of tampering
Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
Items returned without prior approval
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified damaged/defective item.
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, we may issue a refund for the product price only, minus any shipping and return-to-sender fees, once the package has been received and inspected.
